Lauren Kaplan joined Zeughauser Group in January 2006 as the Director of Project Management. In that capacity, she works closely with all Zeughauser Group consultants on firm-wide initiatives, such as the Leadership Roundtables, the Web site, and the Group's communication vehicles, the ZGuide and ZGrams.

Lauren's extensive process-improvement and management experience has provided her with the tools to manage a wide range of Zeughauser Group initiatives. Prior to this year, Lauren spent five and a half years at Ernst & Young in a diverse series of positions, including Auditor in the Assurance Advisory Business Services, Senior Litigation Advisor in the Global Investigations and Dispute Advisory Services Group, and Account Manager in the Business Development Operations. As an Account Manager, she managed bi-yearly Chief Financial Officer and Controller Roundtables and a yearly Chief Tax Officer Summit. Lauren also managed request for proposals for Audit and Tax Services, and developed and managed account plans to coordinate sales efforts for two Fortune 500 companies.

Lauren holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration from California Polytechnic University and a M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
